Warranty Policy
The warranty policy provided by DRAGATI AL-DHAKIAH store ensures the protection of your product against any defects that may occur after purchase for specific products. Repairs will be carried out by authorized service centers approved by DRAGATI AL-DHAKIAH.
The warranty does not apply to misuse or improper use of the product.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced with a new product or a full refund will be issued if the product is not available, provided that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
However, if you notify us after the specified period has elapsed, the product will not be eligible for replacement or refund and will be repaired according to the warranty terms and availability.
A warranty period of twelve (12) months is provided for products sold to buyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Repairing or replacing the product under the terms of this warranty does not constitute any right to extend or renew the warranty. The warranty terms are subject to the manufacturer's policies and the relevant government authorities.
If your product cannot be repaired but is still under warranty, we will replace it with a repaired product. If a replacement is not available, a similar repaired product will be compensated.
The customer must deliver the defective product under warranty in its original condition, with its original packaging, including all accessories and the warranty card, within 48 hours of receiving the product. If unavailable, repair will be provided according to the warranty and its availability, rather than replacement or refund.
By submitting your product for repair, you consent to DRAGATI AL-DHAKIAH or the third party responsible for repairing your product using your contact information to communicate with you regarding the repair service.
DRAGATI AL-DHAKIAH will bear the shipping expenses for replacement and returns in case of manufacturing defects. However, for repair cases, the customer will bear the shipping expenses to and from the store.
The warranty does not cover all products, and you should review the product listings to determine if the product includes a warranty.
